Terms Of Service

By signing up to POAD Team Traffic Exchange you are agreeing that you will abide by the terms stated in this agreement. POAD Team Traffic Exchange reserves the right to modify this agreement without prior notification to its members.

Contract Agreement
You agree that you are the legal age in your state and/or country for submitting a contract. You agree that your payment service account that you will use to sign up with POAD Team Traffic Exchange is owned by you. You must have a good understanding of the English language.

Refunds
If you decide to terminate your membership in the future your membership fee will not be refunded. If we decide to discontinue our service you will not receive a refund of your membership fee.

Private personal information
All personal information is stored in the POAD Team Traffic Exchange database and will not be sold or given away to anyone other than the person who referred you into our program. You give the person who referred you into our program permission to send you emails to help you in our program. You give POAD Team Traffic Exchange permission to send you newsletters, paid advertisements, or updates etc.

One Account per user
You can only have one account as a member of our traffic exchange. There is no reason to have more than one account.

Inactive Accounts
Everyday our script checks to see if you have surfed on our exchange within the last 30 days. If you have not, then your account is considered inactive and will be removed. In that case you lose all commissions and recuits you may have recruited.

Bad Account Information
If you have entered false information in your account or have wrong information for your website, you may have your account removed without notice.

You agree to get emailings from us or paid advertisements for credits
You are agreeing to receive emails from us in the form of updates, paid advertisements for credits or newsletters. Some may be for earning credits and some do not. This also includes any desktop or browser software that we may use to send out this information with.

Cheating
Anyone found trying to cheat our system will be removed without notice and not allowed back in the exchange in the future.If you want to use our E-books and promotional banners for your website you must upload them to your server.

Spam Policy
We have no torrents of SPAM as a method of promoting your POAD Team Traffic Exchange referral links. We define SPAM as the sending of any unsolicited commercialised messages. All members found SPAMMING will have their membership terminated and will not be eligible to join POAD Team Traffic Exchange in the future. Anyone spamming to their referrals and promoting other programs to them will also be terminated without notice and not be eligible to join the Poad Team Traffic Exchange in the future.

Sites not permitted
Any sites that involve adult content or material are not allowed on the exchange nor any sites deemed illegal or immoral by admin. Also there shall be no rotators, redirects, popups, popunders, exit popups,(or any kind of extra frame),frame breakers, masked URL's, shortened URL's, or anything other than the original URL used for advertising on this exchange. If your site violates any of these it will be banned without notice. If you set questions or answers for your page that need to be changed, admin can edit your questions or answers without notice.

If you do not agree with the above terms then you may not join POAD Team Traffic Exchange. If a member violates the above terms their membership will be terminated and their membership fee will not be refunded.
